1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and nonstar ("nonstar," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nonstar Casino website located at nonstar.co, including all associated games, services, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the nonstar website, creating a nonstar account, or placing any bet or wager on the nonstar platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nonstar platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on nonstar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement aligned with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing casino-style gaming. There are no exceptions to this age restriction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of gameplay.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of nonstar or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be currently subject to self-exclusion on nonstar or any other gaming platform where such exclusion would affect your eligibility to play.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.

nonstar reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify your eligibility, including but not limited to: government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active nonstar account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nonstar account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share, transfer, or permit any third party to access your nonstar account under any circumstances.

nonstar will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You agree to notify nonstar's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• You must not use your nonstar account for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate or exploit the nonstar platform.
• You must not collude with other players to gain unfair advantage in any nonstar game.
• You must not make chargebacks or reverse any payment processed on nonstar without prior written authorization from nonstar.

nonstar accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your nonstar account or any balance within it to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All nonstar account transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). nonstar supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to GCash for fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts are processed on a same-business-day basis, subject to security checks.
• KYC Requirement: All players must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

nonstar reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal pending verification of the transaction's legitimacy. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, nonstar may freeze account funds pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your nonstar winnings under Philippine law. nonstar does not provide tax advice and will not be liable for any tax assessment levied against your nonstar winnings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, nonstar offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited at nonstar's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used for the game categories specified in the relevant promotion.
• nonstar reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if nonstar determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a nonstar account at any given time unless otherwise stated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on nonstar operate according to the rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet on nonstar, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game being played.

• Bets placed on nonstar are final once confirmed. nonstar will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, nonstar will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly, but winnings attributed to a malfunction may be voided.
• All virtual (RNG) games on nonstar are certified for fairness by independent testing agencies. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers.
• nonstar reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout that results from a demonstrable error in odds, game software, or operator error.

7. Responsible Gaming

nonstar is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• The nonstar platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• nonstar provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools, all accessible from your account settings.
• Players who elect for self-exclusion on nonstar agree that they will not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and all funds forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nonstar platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, game assets, logos, trade names, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of nonstar or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the nonstar platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any nonstar content without express written authorization from nonstar.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nonstar shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the nonstar platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities, or data loss.

nonstar's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player to nonstar in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The nonstar platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Privacy & Data

nonstar collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a nonstar account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nonstar will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

11. Suspension & Termination

nonstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if nonstar reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account restriction;
• The player's account shows patterns consistent with problem gambling requiring intervention.

Upon closure for cause, nonstar may forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where closure is initiated by the player (voluntary closure), any balance after meeting applicable wagering requirements will be paid out to the player's verified withdrawal method.

12. Amendments

nonstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered mobile number or via a notice on the nonstar platform. Continued use of the nonstar platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

nonstar operates in alignment with guidelines set forth by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
